- Abstract
- In their reports N.A. Chelokov and S.N. Krylov base the necessity of the measurements which promot preventation of anti-social faults and, at least, eradication of criminality and an imperative necessity of complex studying of this problem is emphasized. At the stage of developed socialism the favourable conditions for further perfection of preventation of anti-social behaviuor and increasing of the effectiveness of fight against criminality are created. Sociological researches, carried out in the USSR during last years, show that, the reasons of anti-social behaviour are not connected with socio-economical essence itself but with such facts as shortcomings, mistakes in educational work with the youth, demographical and psychological congequences of World War II. Now these consequences are displayed through partial destabilization of marriage-family relations. Some other circumstances stipulated anti-social behaviour or Favourable for it are analyzed in the report. Migration, in particular, is one of the last favourable circumstances leading to the breaking of traditional connections between personality and social environment.
