- Abstract
The character of the present crisis in Russia is analyzed. It is shown that it has got a long-term and system nature and affects all the industries and regions of Russia, as well аs all the spheres – economic, social, investment and the others. It is pointed that the main reason for its development is ineffective tactics of implementing radical reform in the country – according to the Russian variant of monetarist macroeconomic theory. A short comparative analysis is given concerning the results of the reforms in Russia and China, where they are being implemented according to evolutionary tactics, and much more successfully.
