- Abstract
Some adaptive approach to the management of technology modernization is proposed on microeconomic and mezoeconomic level. The mechanism is realized with the special methods and models, aimed to determining the best productive technologies and governance driving influences to shift the productive system to the new technologies in accordance with its internal specialties and the overall system resource's restrictions. There is specificity in the key characteristics identified for productive system that affect mobility and adaptability. The opportunities for including some special structures and relationships in the economic system are discussed which will be able to contribute to harmonize the interests of economic agents, for example, in the framework both of formation of an appropriate corporate culture and of appropriate support from the macro-regulator.
