- Abstract
- A method of multiplicative connection of weighted partial indicators into one generalized one is described. An effective multi-factor system of remuneration is being developed, and a socially and economically justified differentiation of tax rates is being established. Methodological considerations and a procedure for determining the weights of the combined partial indicators are presented, based on a certain modification of the principal component method, called two-aspect polarization weighting.
