- Abstract
- The possibilities of using fractal mathematics to assess the trend stability (persistence) of economic systems are studied. A sufficient condition for the persistence of fractals is proved, and a relation is derived for determining the persistence cycle time. The connection between the fractal topology of systems and their dynamics is proved. Application of the obtained theoretical results to budget analysis is described.
