The never examined anti-crisis legislative measures that help to agriculture manufacturers are offered on the part of the state, including a complex of following measures: state repayment of the land and its transfer to the high-effective economies, reduction of all kinds of deductions from the incomes according to the results of their economic activity useful for the inhabitants of a regions. The scientific c and methodological principles and analytical mechanisms of estimation of social trends of economic unit’s activities proposed. The author gives a forecast of their response to state support.
