- Abstract
The paper proves a possibility of permanent cost infl ation under the absence of the shock impacts on the economy. Using a multi-product model, the key factors, determining the rate of such infl ation and some possible ways of its decreasing, are derived. The ability of market to reach the state of stabilization under different prices for the same product is shown.
