- Abstract
The article is dedicated to the characteristics of the manifestations in Russian economy the problems caused by the institutional crisis. The content of the crisis, the antagonisms of the institute of the corporate ownership and Russian model of corporate control are analyzed. The problem of the constant transformation in Russia of corporate management model is highlighted. Principal crisis management novelties in legislation provoking the changes of corporate control model are discussed.
