- Abstract
- Main positions of reform of development and realization of state economic policy as an initial stage of becoming imminent modernization of Russia are stated. These positions are conclusions from the system analysis, taking into account realities of its economy life which are not characteristic of world economy leaders and require practical application of many methodical achievements of economic and mathematical studies, as well as results in area of computing machinery and information technologies.
