Abstract

The opportunity of objective evaluation of invariant characteristics of socio-economic development of regional level territories is considered. The first integral functions of solutions of differential equations on macroeconomic parameters are used for the evaluation. Model equations are established from the Legendre tangential transformation formula of analytic functions under some natural limitations that take into account the persistence of the regional environment of economic activity. Economic environment parameters and connected integral characteristics reveal genetic peculiarities of a regional system. They are some latent economic indices taking into account the local infrastructure, production and management. The indices allow assessing and comparing territories on their potential of economic development. The model is realized for quantitative analysis of the connections of the domestic investments with industrial and agricultural production volume for the regions of Russian Federation for the period 1999–2012. Different types of general and regional invariants are determined as criteria of economic interaction efficiency using the model. Analysis of investment efficiency into the industry and agriculture and economic diagnostics of the regions are carried out based on calculated value of economic environmental transformations and their effect on the evaluation function.
