Abstract
The article is devoted to policy of the Prussian authorities concerning the Polish population in provinces which departed to Prussia after the section of Poland at the end of the XVIII century. The author considers Prussian possession of the Polish lands since the beginning of the XIX century before unifi cation of Germany.
