Abstract
The article defines the quality of working life, highlights the factors that determine it, and identifies the subjects of assessment. Based on the materials of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the implementation of the conditions for organizing labor remuneration, public and state management of the quality of working life in rural areas is considered.
