Abstract
Basing on statistical data, on the results of sociological researches, the author consideres the problems and the tasks for national-economic planning, analyses the possibilities for scientific prevision and management by such social processes as population migration and birth-rate, fluctuation of labour and planned distribution of manpower. The article deals with the question on necessity to work out common approach to the indicators for socio-economic planning and find out optimal correlation of its trade and territorial aspects.
