Abstract
The author exposes conception of social effectiveness and puts down the question about the necessity of working out for its indicators’ system. Decreasing of expenses of lively labour at unit of production, instillation of more progressive economic, and social ratio of forms and conditions for labour organisations, level raising of labour processes pithiness, creation of favourable socio-phychological climate in labour collectives, conditions for effectiveness raising and so on. The author bases the necessity of building for 'tree' of purposes showing an idea on comparative value for different indicators of social and economic effects and an order of thelr hierarchy.
