- Abstract
- Radical changes in different field of socio-economic, political, cultural and international life in the Soviet Union which occured irom 1936 year and stipulated adoption. New Constitution of the USSR are discussed in this article. The author emphasizes that New Constitution stimulates creatively the main position of previous one, enriches Soviet socialist democracy by new institutes, norms and ideals corresponding to the age of developed socialism. Indissoluble unity of socialism, democracy and humanism is under great atiention; it is also noted that Constiuion stipulates expansion and deepening of socialist democracy.
