- Abstract
- The article deals with some features of cognitive situation for social planning: aboutc predominant development of applied and methodological aspects in comparison with theoretical, abiout localization of researches at the level of social development of enterprises and regions, about an insufficient connection with its general theory of social management and other. The authors bond making of general theory for social planning with manifestation of law for regular and proportional development and put the question of temporal characteristics studying for social processes proceeding and delerminalion of proportionality for development of all sides of social systems — the objects of social planning.
