Abstract

The author gives structure and list of problems for sociological analysis of moral in labour sphere, empirical data on research of moral aspects of socialist behaviour of labour, responsibility, initiative, choice of work, personnel evaluation, moral atmosphere of labour collective. The authour thinks that the place (field) of moral activily under system of social connections, volume of considered relations, levels of their functions are the base during the choice of objects for moral researches.
