Abstract

In the course of national discussion of the USSR Constitution project a group of scientists of Academy of Social Sciences, Central Committee of the CPSU, carried out research covered 17 thousands of working masses in 45 enterprises and 5 Union republics. This article deals with an analysis and the resulls of abovementioned research and gives characteristics of resources for social activity growth of working masses.
