Abstract
The authors outline new Chinese projects - «Economic zone of the silk Road» and «Marine silk Road». The article contains comprehensive analysis of their internal content, including financial, economic, transport and investment components. The authors explore three routes of a Eurasian Highway PRC focused on Chinese silk projects. They give Russian approaches to Chinese projects taking into account the national interests of the Russian Federation, as well as thepossibility of convergence the Economic Silk Road Zone, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).
