- Abstract
- The paper deals with the use of models and methods of adaptive control under the conditions of increasing uncertainty for decision in the modern Russian economy. The main object of study is the selected mechanisms of innovation development and their functioning in changing environment. A new approach to modeling the mechanism for updating the products and technologies, as well as the possible new objects of analysis on the example of the IT-infrastructure in the Russian economy proposed.
