- The main institutional and socio-economic changes are considered, what happened in Russia and Belarus in the late Soviet period and in the 1990s after collapse of the USSR. Particular attention is paid to a comparative analysis of the processes of institutional transformations and the impact of these processes on socio-economic dynamics. in both countries.
