Abstract

Successful innovation requires mutually agreed reconsideration of intra-enterprise transactions ensuring normal proceeding of socio-psychological, managerial and operation processes at the enterprise as an element of socio-economic system. The proposed approach is to classify and structure the necessary changes in the intra-enterprise transactions. A set of instrumental means based on graph theory is proposed to reveal coordination level of necessary changes – suffi cient for implementing a concrete innovative project. Simultaneously, really attainable coordination level is estimated.
