- Abstract
The article introduces and discusses the cognitive model of the Russian banking system, allowing banks to investigate the effect of stabilizing the socio-economic development. The model provides selecting the most important to the development and effective functioning of the banks factors. Analyzed the effect of causality chain, identified factors beyond the control and management through various economic policies.
