- Abstract
The article review a number effective the federal and local governments’ initiatives on intensifying the innovative activities in the Russian economy. Special attention is drawn to the plans to develop new products and processes in Siberia and the Far East region. Proposed the ways to accelerate the development and proliferation of novelties based on increasing prestige of the innovative officers and enhancing the activities in proliferation of information about new achievements and problems.
