- Abstract
The article consists of two parts: in the fi rst delusions concerning methodology of investment calculations effi ciency disclosed, and in the second – delusions concerning the methods of estimates are shown, with mistakes related to accounting infl ation multicurrencies factor, risk and uncertainty leading to errors and at the end – to losses (in particular, the fi nancial ones) for the investor.
