Abstract
The article is devoted to the relation of reflective knowledge as knowledge, revealing how the world in the logic of its being, and the Rule of Law as an expression of the world should be (mandatorily reality from the perspective of specific requirements for the behavior and activities of people). Substantiates the need to allocate a number of mediating links in the chain of logical transition from existence (reality) through reflective knowledge to due (rules of Law) and on mandatorily reality to existence. Argued the inapplicability of the concept of “epistemological truth”, the Rule of Law, however, does not exclude the use of the concept of "truth” in his logical, conventional and axiological values.
