- Abstract
- The present article focuses on discussing questions of state immunity in disputes arisen from lab our treaty. Russian and German prospective legislation comparison in the given field suggests that state approach as functional state immunity and limited state immunity is that of contemporary International Private Law developing in different countries. That is why the problem of state responsibility differentiation remains operative. At the same time in the world there is no uniform decision of the problem proposed by courts or legislator.
