Abstract
The article deals with discussions on the Russian issue in missile defense debates in the U.S. in 2013-2015. The main parties involved are administration officials, democrats and republicans in the Congress, and specialists from the US think tanks. The author analyzes each party’s views, and detects possible prospects of the U.S. approach to Russia in context of missile defense.
